Why shop with small businesses?
Choosing to shop at small businesses offers a wealth of benefits beyond just the purchase itself. By supporting small businesses, you contribute directly to the economic health of your community, as a larger portion of your spending is reinvested in the community. Why are your soap bars so large?
Our standard soap bar is twice the size of most of our competitors. It's intended to be cut into 2-4 pieces depending how and where you prefer to use it. We prefer to offer our customers more product instead of expensive, wasteful packaging.
How is your soap different from commercially produced options?
Our hand poured soaps are made with natural oils and butters. Most of the commercially produced soaps are made with chemical ingredients and often are harsh detergents rather than soaps.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes. In fact, environmental concerns were a key factor in beginning our handcrafting journey. We are committed to using responsibly and sustainably sourced natural ingredients in our products. We are also committed to reducing plastics in our packaging. What little plastic we use is biodegradable.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. However, during busy times, it may take longer for your order to ship. Generally orders are delivered 7-10 business days after they ship.
Can I track my order?
Yes! To track your order simply watch your email. We typically process orders within 2 business days. Once we pack your box, you'll receive an email with a link to your tracking information.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and so we can work toward a solution. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept physical returns. However, if there is something wrong with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can correct any issue.
Do you offer private label and/or wholesale pricing options?
